Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children (WPSBC) Board of Trustees elects three new trustees to serve on its voluntary Board: Sarah V. Itzkoff, Harry J. Soose, Jr., and Roger C. Thomas. The Board is led by President Laura Beth Gutnick.
