A familiar and well-respected face at WPSBC, Aaron has led numerous safety trainings for staff over the years. During this time, he grew quite fond of the School and its mission.
Aaron comes to us with over two decades of experience in school safety and security. He began his career in 1999 as a school-based probation officer and transitioned to school policing in 2009. Most recently, Aaron served as Chief of School Police and Safety & Security Coordinator at Quaker Valley School District, where he built and led a nationally recognized safety program. Under his leadership, the program earned many accolades, including two national awards for excellence in school safety.
Aaron’s well-rounded approach to school safety emphasizes relationship-building, proactive safety measures and comprehensive emergency preparedness. Aaron is excited to lead the School’s safety committee to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students, staff, families and the community.
