Parents are an important part of a student’s school experience, and we have many opportunities for parents to get involved and show their support.

Community Resources

As part of our commitment to be a resource to the community at large, we offer services and useful information for other educators and service providers of students with visual impairment.

Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI) Clinic

Our on-campus CVI Clinic provides full evaluations, consultative support and programming recommendations for enrolled and non-enrolled students.

Transition Resources

The goal of the WPSBC Transition Committee is to provide a successful transition for our graduating students and their families. The Transition Committee and Educational Teams will provide resources and information to assist families throughout this process. Our team recognizes that each student’s transition is unique, and we will work with families to ensure positive results for post-secondary transition.
