Equipment Loan Program

Our Occupational and Physical Therapy departments are pleased to announce the development of an equipment lending program. The goal of this program is to assist your child and family with positioning needs at home.

The equipment comes from donated devices that are no longer used by students. The equipment is not new and is loaned as-is without adaptation by any of the School's therapists. To borrow an item, click here for a catalog of available items: Equipment Lending Program Catalog.

We add different items throughout the school year; so check back frequently. Please bring a signed loan agreement form with you when you pick up the equipment. The form can be downloaded here: Equipment Loan Agreement Form.
